UUP MEP calls for end to cross border EU spending

The North's UUP MEP Jim Nicholson has called for a halt to all cross border EU spending because unionists are inadequately represented on the management board.

Mr. Nicholson said the Irish Central Border Area Network should be suspended until unionist under representation is resolved.
