Judge Curtin’s Computer handed over to Oireachtas Committee

The Oireachtas Committee investigating alleged misconduct by Judge Brian Curtin has now received his personal computer.

Gardaí delivered the PC to Leinster House yesterday, and it is currently sealed and being held in a vault under the Dáil.

Brian Curtin is facing possible removal from office over allegations that he downloaded images of child pornography.

The committee will meet later today to consider its next move.
