Memorial services are taking place in Co Meath today to mark the first anniversary of last year's Kentstown bus crash.

Five local schoolgirls died and several more were injured when their bus overturned on the Navan to Kenstown road on May 23rd, 2005.

Hundreds of people are expected to attend a special anniversary Mass at the Church of the Assumption this evening said by the Bishop of Meath, Dr Michael Smith.
