Armed raiders hold up Meath supermarket

Two armed raiders have escaped with a substantial sum of money following a robbery at a supermarket in Co Meath this morning.

The men held up staff at the Tesco outlet on Fairyhouse Road shortly before 7am before fleeing in a waiting vehicle.

Nobody was hurt during the raid.
