North gets new ministers in Blair reshuffle

The British government's Northern Ireland Office is to get two new junior ministers under Prime Minister Tony Blair's Cabinet reshuffle.

While Peter Hain is staying on as Northern Secretary, two of his ministers are leaving for other jobs in Britain.
