Rabbitte attacks Govt silence over Harbison illness

The Labour party is demanding to know how many criminal cases may be affected by the ill health of former State Pathologist John Harbison.

Earlier this week, the DPP dropped a manslaughter case against Co Monaghan man Dermot Laide because Dr Harbison is too ill to be cross-examined.
