IBOA to tackle poor customer service and staff morale
The issue of bad customer service and staff morale is to be tackled by the Irish Bank Officials Association.
The IBOA claims it wants to shift the focus away from pure profit to people.
The union is moving its HQ from Stephens Green to Upper Stephen Street in Dublin.
And the profit from the sale of the buildings will be used to improve the service to its members and customers.
General Secretary of the IBOA Larry Broderick said the association is committed to tackling the major issues such as pay, stress and bullying.
