Protestor to appeal M3 motorway decision

The proposed M3 motorway in Co Meath is to face another legal challenge.

Environmentalist Vincent Salafia who recently lost a High Court challenge to the route of the road is to lodge an appeal against that judgement in the Supreme Court next week.
