Protestor to appeal M3 motorway decision

The proposed M3 motorway in Co Meath is to face another legal challenge.

Environmentalist Vincent Salafia who recently lost a High Court challenge to the route of the road is to lodge an appeal against that judgement in the Supreme Court next week.

Opponents claim that the motorway should be moved away from the historic hill of Tara.
