Woman killed after Limerick truck collision
A 77-year-old woman has died after she was knocked down by an articulated truck in Limerick city centre.
The accident happened just before 7pm yesterday, while the woman was crossing the road at the junction of Henry Street and Bedford Row.
The victim suffered serious leg injuries and was rushed to hospital, where she later died.
