Dempsey blasted over Ryder Cup decision delay

The Communications Minister Noel Dempsey has been accused of deliberately delaying a decision on television coverage for the Ryder Cup.

Opposition parties have said the sporting event is of national interest and should be aired live on national television, but at the moment, only Sky has the live coverage rights.
