Taoiseach says govts have to seize North initiative
The Taoiseach has said the Irish and British governments are not prepared to wait around indefinitely for the North's political parties to reach a deal among themselves on restoring the power-sharing institutions.
The two governments are expected to publish their own proposals on the way forward in the North as a result of the DUP's refusal to negotiate a power-sharing deal with Sinn Féin.
