Irish smokers are more likely to be tired and depressed in the mornings, according to a survey commissioned by a leading nicotine replacement firm.

Almost two-thirds of smokers who responded to the survey said they didn't feel upbeat in the mornings, compared to just under one-quarter of non-smokers.
