Rail agency plans include 24-hour drilling proposals

The Railway Procurement Agency is to apply for permission to drill 24 hours a day in the construction of Dublin's first metro line.

The Agency believes the round-the-clock work is necessary to get the line, from the city centre to Dublin Airport, built on time.
