Donegal councillors back proposed ban on holiday homes

Councillors in Donegal are reportedly backing proposals to halt the building of holiday homes in some of the most picturesque parts of the county.

Reports this morning said local councillors had decided to include the proposals in the draft county development plan for Donegal, which will now be subject to a public consultation process.
