Wayne O'Donoghue was today sentenced to four years in jail for the manslaughter of Cork schoolboy Robert Holohan, but Robert's mother, Majella, has said her family would appeal the sentence.

Wayne O'Donoghue was today sentenced to four years in jail for the manslaughter of Cork schoolboy Robert Holohan, but Robert's mother, Majella, has said her family would appeal the sentence.

After sentencing, Robert Holohan's father Mark said: “You’re a disgrace, boy,” while his mother, Majella, said the family would be appealing the sentence.
