A Sinn Féin election worker in Co Fermanagh has admitted being a paid police agent for more than 20 years.

In a statement issued through his solicitor today, Lisnaskea man Sean Lavelle said he had been pressurised into becoming a Special Branch informer after being arrested in 1980.
