Shoppers to spend €22m today

Shoppers are expected to spend €22m an hour today, on the last shopping day before Christmas.

A survey conducted by financial consultants Deloitte and Touche has shown that while the Irish Christmas spend is on the increase, our German, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch counterparts are spending less this year.
