Taoiseach ‘should use trade talks to end poverty'

The Make Poverty History campaign has delivered thousands of Christmas cards to the Taoiseach demanding measures to help the developing world lift itself out of misery.

The cards, signed by members of the public, were delivered this morning ahead of world trade talks due to get underway in Hong Kong tomorrow.
