Taoiseach Bertie Ahern today said that 2006 would be a “make-or-break year” for the devolved institutions in Northern Ireland.

Speaking after talks with British Prime Minister Tony Blair at 10 Downing Street, Mr Ahern said both premiers were keen to see progress on the restoration of devolution early in the new year.
