America's 'most wanted' remanded in custody

One of America’s most wanted men was remanded in custody today pending extradition to the US where he could face trial for the deaths of three students in a hit-and-run.

Frederick David Russell, who was on the run for four years, appeared briefly at the High Court in Dublin in his bid to block the order.
