Belfast woman dies in Spanish road accident

It has emerged that 35-year-old woman from Belfast has died following a road accident in Spain.

Three friends, two men and a woman from the Republic of Ireland, have been injured but their identities are being withheld until next of kin are informed.

Their car went out of control, leaving the road and going down an embankment at Playa Flamengo, south of Alicante, on Saturday morning.
