Woman settles out of court with council

A Co. Cork woman, who was seeking damages after she fell coming from the Robbie Williams concert in the Phoenix Park two years ago, settled her action against Dublin City Council this afternoon.

Jane O’Grady a Travel Consultant, originally from Mallow but now living in Kildare, had claimed she had trouble standing or walking for long periods as a result.
