Ryanair seeks to stop hearing into pilots dispute

Ryanair is taking a case to the Supreme Court today seeking to defer a Labour Court hearing into a row between the airline and a number of pilots.

That hearing is due to go ahead tomorrow following a High Court ruling last month that an official trade dispute exists between the two sides.
