Unofficial strike halts CIE buses in Waterford

Waterford has no CIE bus services this morning due to unofficial strike action by drivers over what they say is a lack of spare vehicles in the area.

The stoppage has affected around 5,000 people who use Bus Éireann City services and Expressway services in the area.
