10,000 take to the streets for Dublin marathon

The Dublin City Marathon has begun and 10,000 people from Ireland and abroad have taken to the streets, despite the poor weather conditions.

It's the twenty-sixth year of the event, involving professional athletes and members of the public, running to raise money for charity.
