Court reserves judgement in Brian Curtin case

The Supreme Court today reserved its decision in the appeal by Circuit Court Judge Brian Curtin.

He’s seeking to overturn the decision by the High Court in May which found that the Joint Oireachtas Committee set up to investigate his alleged misbehaviour was constitutional.
