The Taoiseach has called for legislation to be put in place in order to regulate management companies who provide services in new housing estates.

Leader of the Socialist Party Joe Higgins told the Dáil that thousands of young couples, who buy new houses, are being fleeced by management companies for services that are free elsewhere.
