Head of HSE accepts responsibility for Walsh death

The head of the Health Service Executive, Brendan Drumm has said they have to accept responsibility for the circumstances surrounding Patrick Walsh's death.

But, Mr Drumm said what happened to the 75-year-old should not be turned into a political blame game.
