McGuinness confident report will give IRA 'clean bill of health'

Sinn Féin's chief-negotiator has said he is confident the IRA will be given a 'clean bill of health' in the forthcoming report by the Independent Monitoring Commission.

The report was delivered to the Irish and British governments last week and is expected to be published in the coming days.
