Ballymena house set ablaze in firework attack
A house in a town in the North occupied by eastern European workers was set alight after a firework was fired through a living-room window earlier today.
The attack occurred around midnight at Clonavon Terrace in Ballymena, resulting in extensive scorch damage to the room.
No one was injured.
Police investigating the incident have removed the remnants of the firework.
The PSNI said its investigators were at this stage keeping an open mind about the motive for the attack.
