Minister rules out legalisation of cannabis

The Minister with responsibility for the National Drugs Strategy today ruled out the legalisation of cannabis.

Noel Ahern was speaking at the launch of a major new survey which shows that one in six people in Ireland have used cannabis at some stage in their lives.
