IMPACT has accused the Government of planning to promote junior staff to cover up problems with the decentralisation programme.

The trade union claimed today that the Fianna Fáil-Progressive Democrats coalition was planning to fill decentralised posts by promoting junior staff at an unknown cost to the taxpayer.
