Tribunal loses bid to prevent publication of documents

The Planning Tribunal has failed in a High Court bid to stop a Sunday newspaper from publishing documents the inquiry insisted were confidential.

The Sunday Business Post had argued that the documents in question were not confidential and the tribunal was seeking to prevent the media from carrying out a vital role.
