Brennan ‘planning means test for children’s allowance’

Social and Family Affairs Minister Seamus Brennan is reportedly planning changes to the children's allowance system to help the less well-off.

Reports this morning said Mr Brennan indicated in a television interview yesterday that a means test may be introduced to ensure poorer families get more support.
