Remand for teen charged with false imprisonment, assault

A teenage boy, who is charged with false imprisonment and assault of a 14-year-old boy that was allegedly tied up and threatened with violence, has been remanded on bail by Dublin Children’s Court.

The victim’s brother had been ordered to go home to get €50 to secure his release, Judge Brian Sheridan heard.
