The school bus row has reached the highest pitch yet after more than 100 angry parents and students protested at today's DeValera Commemoration in Co Clare.

The event was attended by the Taoiseach Bertie Ahern.

The group from the Salesian College, in Palleskenry in Limerick, are stepping up their campaign for Junior Minister Síle DeValera to provide an extra school bus for their children.

They handed the Taoiseach and Minister DeValera a letter detailing their grievances.
