Cabinet to meet today for first time since summer break
Government ministers are due to return to work today for their first meeting since the summer break.
Reports this morning said the meeting was likely to be dominated by discussions of the Colombia Three and plans to redevelop the National Concert Hall.
Minister for Justice Michael McDowell will reportedly brief the Cabinet on the options available following the return to Ireland of the three men convicted of training anti-government rebels in Colombia.
Minister for Arts John O'Donoghue, meanwhile, is expected to put forward a plan for the major redevelopment of the National Concert Hall in Dublin.
