PSNI investigate alleged assault on 10-year-old

Police in the North are investigating reports of an assault on a child in the forecourt of a filling station in Ballymena yesterday evening.

It is alleged that the child, believed to be around 10 years of age, was assaulted and items of clothing removed by an adult before he was put into the back of a Red Suzuki Alto Jeep in a distressed state.
