Gardaí have named the man found shot dead in north Dublin yesterday as 29-year-old Andrew Dillon, from Berryfield Road in Finglas.

Gardaí have named the man found shot dead in north Dublin yesterday as 29-year-old Andrew Dillon, from Berryfield Road in Finglas.

Mr Dillon's body was found in a ditch on Green Lane, near the Ward area of Finglas, at around 4pm yesterday afternoon.
