Irish passengers warned to expect delays at Heathrow

Aer Lingus has warned Irish passengers travelling through Heathrow Airport in London to expect delays due to a strike by British Airways staff.

The company has grounded all its flights until 6pm as a result of the surprise strike, which began when a catering firm sacked 600 workers after an unofficial stoppage earlier this week.
