Harney blames IMO for collapse of medical card talks

The Tánaiste and Minister for Health has expressed disappointment at the collapse of talks between doctors and health service employers over plans to introduce GP-only medical cards.

The Irish Medical Organisation has concerns about the contract under which doctors are being asked to operate the scheme.
