VHI to challenge High Court ruling in BUPA case

The VHI has announced its intention to appeal a High Court ruling preventing it from getting involved in a legal dispute between BUPA and the Government.

The state-owned insurer wants to take part in the Government's defence of an action taken by BUPA to challenge the introduction of so-called "risk equalisation".
