Irish urged to exercise caution in Egyptian resorts
The Department of Foreign Affairs has advised Irish people to exercise increased caution in Egyptian holiday resorts.
The advice follows last Friday night's bomb attacks that killed at least 88 people, including many Westerners, in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheik.
The Department of Foreign Affairs said it was aware of a small number of Irish people in the area, but had no reports that any of them were caught up in the bombings.
