‘Health worker received €1m from faulty payroll system’

The State's spending watchdog is reportedly investigating a €120m Department of Health computer payroll system that mistakenly paid an employee €1m.

Reports this morning said an expert review of the system had uncovered fundamental errors in the way it was set up.
