The trial of a Cork man accused of murder has been adjourned because a judge was unavailable at the Central Criminal Court today.

Frank Cunningham (aged 20) of Fair Hill, Cork, had pleaded not guilty to the murder of Patrick Walsh, of Fair Hill Drive, Cork, between 10.30pm on May 26, 2004, and 5am on May 27, 2004, in Fair Hill Park.
