Ireland to observe two-minute silence for London victims

Ireland will observe a two-minute silence at noon today to remember the victims of last week's bomb attacks in London.

The silence is due to be held throughout the European Union and the Taoiseach Bertie Ahern has called on all Irish people to participate.
