Raft of complaints expected about nursing home fees

The Ombudsman, Emily O'Reilly, has said she expects to receive further complaints in relation to the repayment of illegal nursing homes charges.

The Ombudsman, Emily O'Reilly, has said she expects to receive further complaints in relation to the repayment of illegal nursing homes charges.

In her annual report for 2004, Ms O'Reilly said she had already received several complaints about the repayments, even though a scheme for returning the money had yet to be finalised.
