Greens hit out at Bush climate change decision

The Green Party has attacked US President George W Bush for his continued refusal to sign up to the Kyoto Protocol on tackling climate change.

Speaking ahead of this week's G8 meeting in Edinburgh, when the issue is due to be discussed, Mr Bush has already ruled out any US backing for a Kyoto-style agreement.
