Weekend breaks in west '20% cheaper than in Dublin'

Weekend breaks in the west of Ireland are considerably less expensive than those in Dublin, according to the regional tourist authority for Galway, Mayo and Roscommon.

The body said a survey it commissioned found that an average weekend break in the west was around 20% cheaper than one in the capital.
