Gas leak forces Drogheda evacuation

Schools and businesses in the centre of Drogheda have been evacuated today after a gas leak was discovered this afternoon.

The leak on Marsh Road has brought the centre of the Co Louth town to a standstill with gardaí advising motorists to avoid the area if possible.
